The new Cast Form line by Vinzer with Du Pont non-stick surface is
characterized by excellent quality.
Du Pont multi-layer coating system provides the Cast Form cooking battery
with outstanding non-stick properties. It speeds up heat accumulation and makes
it easy-cleaned and excellently resistant.
The main advantage of the new Cast Form line is that it is produced of cast
aluminium. Compared to the pressed aluminium it has much better performance
characteristics and nearly “life-time” durability.
The main feature of cooking on frying goose is that product being cooked, for
instance meat, gets ruddy crust and remains rich inside. If you are cooking on
the ordinary frying pan meat is easily overdried, whereas cooking on frying
goose gives only pleasure, and above all very fast and tasty.
The Du Pont non-stick seals are certificates of quality and give an
assurance to the consumer that both the coatings and the cookware meet the Du
Pont strict quality standards. All of the Du Pont non-stick surfaces are
subject to primal testing which includes several separate stages: 1. The
“Appearance Test “. 2. The “Basic Performance Test”. 3. The “In-Use
Performance Test”. The Certification seal indicates that the non-stick
surface has been property applied and that the product meets the standards for
coating thickness and metal gauge.
