Ingridients: Smoked or salted salmon – 400 g
Flour – 2 glasses;
Beer – 2 glasses;
Water – 2 glasses;
Eggs – 4 pieces;
Vegetable oil – ½ of a glass;
Spinach – 1 tuft;
Sugar – 1 tea-spoon;
Salt - to your taste
Sauce:
Sour cream – 2 glass;
Ginger root – 1 piece;
Capers – 30 g;
Salt, pepper - to your taste
Wash spinach out, reduce it to fine particles in a blender or mincing
machine, add all ingredients for the flour, beat up in a mixer until all lumps
disappear. Fry thin pancakes in the frying pan. Put the salmon cut into thin
slices into each pancake, roll them up to tubules, and cut into 3 or 4
parts.
Cook the sauce: put together the sour cream and grated ginger, add capers,
salt, and pepper.
Serve with pancakes.
